Pictures of Pumpkin Spice Lattes have already filled my social media feed so that can only mean one thing… fall is quickly approaching! Even though it feels like summer almost year round here in Florida, I like to pretend that we have seasons here and correlate them with my therapy sessions. What is a better way to bring fall into therapy than with some fall books?! I rounded up some of my favorite SLPs and had them list their favorite fall themed books!! Check it out….
One of my recommendations for your little ones is Let It Fall
Shannon from Speechy Musings recommends
Kristin Minden recommends Leaf Man
Jenna from Speech Room News recommends Apples and Pumpkins
Courtney Gragg recommends Frederick
Jessica from Consonantly Speaking recommends Autumn's First Leaf
Carrie from Carrie's Speech Corner recommends

Lauren LaCour from Busy Bee Speech recommends Biscuit Visits the Pumpkin Patch
Whitney from Let's Talk recommends
I hope these books will have you "FALL"ing in love with your speech sessions this season! Did one of your favorites not make the list? Please share your favorite fall books in the comment section!
Happy Fall Ya'll!!

  3. My favorites are "Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf" by Lois Ehlert and "The Apple Pie Tree" by Zoe Hall. There's a cute YouTube video for The Apple Pie Tree here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VL5EIhU_UPk

Both of these books are featured in the Year Round Literature for Language and Artic book from SuperDuper Inc.
